The many loops on this great strap are the key to a deeper and safe stretch. The poster is helpful but it's fun to find other stretches for chest, groin, etc or while sitting in a chair. Any athlete would love this sturdy strap but I also bought one for my mom, in her 70s, who still walks for exercise. Very pleased with the Stretch Out Strap.
