The FlexBar is a lightweight, easy to grip, portable resistance exerciser for rehabilitating and stregthening hands, wrists, forearms and shoulders. Used in occupational therapy, physical therapy, sport and fitness. One of 3-color-coded levels of resistance. Available in 3 Resistance Levels Flexbars Improve grip strength, upper extremity strength and allow oscillation movements for neuro-muscular and balance training. Provides soft tissue and joint mobilization and are perfect for massage therapists, martial arts, sport grip strengthening and more. Thera-Band FlexBar with a "waffle" surface is used for wrist, forearm, and hand rehabilitation, upper extremity stabilization, neuromuscular re-education, massage therapy, martial arts, and sports grip strenthening. The Thera-Band FlexBar is made from natural rubber and is available in 3 levels of resistance. The Red FlexBar takes 10 lbs. of force to bend to a u-shape. Green takes 15 lbs., and blue takes 25 lbs
