In addition to secure online ordering, orders can also be placed by phone, by fax or by purchase order:

For Fax Orders, Include the Product Number, Price, Quantity, and Your Billing Information if you have an established account.
- New Accounts Minimum Initial order of $250.00 for credit terms once credit has been established.
- No minimum order if paying by credit card.
- No minimums order on repeat orders.

NOTE: You must have an open account with approved credit to purchase without a credit card!
Once you have established an account it's easy to use a purchase order to purchase from our site:
#1. During checkout, select "Purchase Order" from payment options
#2. Enter your purchase order number or the full name of the person authorized to place the order
#3.Your order will be shipped and your invoice emailed.
OR
If you don't have an established account, HPMS will be unable to process an internet purchase order below $250. HPMS will assess a 20% processing charge on your total order which covers our cost of billing.
New accounts please allow us 5-7 days to verify information provided on your credit application as the process is highly dependent upon how quickly your credit references respond to us.
** Remember, if you are a hospital, clinic or other professional facility you can use a purchase order on-line at anytime however the processing of your order is subject to credit approval. Products will not ship until we can verify information provided and your facility has been credit approved. Orders with incomplete credit applications or that have not met the minimum order requirements will not be processed.
