SkiL-Care Anti-Thrust Cushion - The cushion provides restraint-free positioning for wheelchair users with forwarding thrust and sacral sitting problems. Cushion helps maintain pelvic neutrality. Anti-Thrust design prevents residents from sliding out of the wheelchair and simultaneously prevents pressure sores. A high-density foam increases comfort relieves pressure and provides an alternative to pommel style cushions, especially for males. The contoured base eliminates sling-seat hammocking and minimizes seat rise. Low-Shear II wipe-clean outer cover reduces skin-damaging friction.

Cleaning & Care: The outer cover can be wiped clean and its removable. It can be hand or machine washed, air or machine dried at temperatures that do not exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The inner cover is heat sealed and can be wiped clean with standard disinfectants.
