Its specially designed high-density insert increases pressure on the patella tendon and provides targeted pain relief. Made with a neoprene-free, lightweight, elastic, perforated material that uses COOLMAX® AIR technology, it is quick drying and moisture-wicking to keep you cool and dry so you can keep sporting in comfort and style. This patella strap can be used by those allergic or sensitive to latex, as the product does not contain natural rubber latex. A secure fit is achieved by the silicone dot lining on the interior, so you do not have to worry about it sliding off. The strap can be tightened or loosened to fit your needs.
