Adjust-to-Fit Ankle Stabilizer- Has 2 lightweight plastic sides for maximum support. Simply pull the tabs and have total control over the amount of compression that you want. Provides support and protection to weak, injured, or arthritic ankles. Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Application/Instructions:
1. Loosen straps and place foot in support
2. Fasten lower strap around foot.
3. Fasten upper strap around ankle.
4. Refasten straps around ankle for desired support.
