BML Women's and Men's Heel Lifts - BML Heel Lifts are developed for the purpose of compensating for leg length discrepancies when used individually or elevating the heel when used in tandem. When used in one shoe at a time, the lifts help restore pelvic balance and eliminate rotation of the lumbosacral spine caused by unequal leg length. When used in both shoes at the same time, they can provide balanced elevation. BML Heel Lifts provide excellent shock absorption and can be stacked for a custom amount of lift. These lifts are easily cut to size with sharp scissors. To be properly supportive the lifts should be placed in the shoe with the longest flat surface facing up. This is especially important on the thicker lifts. This keeps the upper surface of the lift against the foot for its entire length and the wedge shape allows for the lift to bend and conform to the arch, or lack thereof. Available in Men's or Ladie's in Small or Large in several thickness dimensions (3-12mm).

I've had both my knees replaced back in '07. Even though that made a huge difference in my life, I still got stiff when walking a lot. I visited a podiatrist as part of my wellness exam and they discovered that my left leg is a half an inch shorter than my right. Who knew!

After using these in my left shoes, I've see a great improvement in my posture, walking ability, and stamina. The inserts are tough, water proof and fit under the shoe inserts well. I don't even know they are there. Work great.
