Corflex 13" Anterior Closure Knee Wrap w/Hinge, 3/16" - Features wrap-around design for ease of application with heavy-duty hinges for optimal medial/lateral support. Indicated for medial/lateral instability, muscle/ligament weakness or injury, and degenerative joint disease. Cooltex material is ideal for patients with sensitivity to neoprene. Manufactured from lightweight, breathable CoolTex material or premium grade latex-free Neoprene material. Also available in 1/8" thickness for those who desire a heavier brace or 16" length for those who desire a larger brace.

Application:

1. Unfasten and loosen the straps.
2. Grasp the edge of the wider portion of the sleeve, keeping the seam positioned to posterior of leg.
3. Insert foot into sleeve and pull onto leg.
4. Position the sleeve so that stays or hinges are parallel to each other on the side of leg, and the top of the front cut out aligns with the top of the kneecap (patella) and rear cut out is centered in the back of the knee (popliteal) as required.
5. Sleeve should sit on leg with approximately 6" of material above mid kneecap (patella).
6. Fasten the support straps at the thigh and calf as required for comfortable fit without inhibiting circulation.

Care & Cleaning: Remove any metal stays if possible, close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Product should be air-dried, do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.
