The moment I placed this neck roll in my pillowcase as instructed, I felt relief.  I actually took a short nap and woke up already feeling relief from my neck pain.   I'm a side sleeper and with this neck roll in place, I'm sleeping with much more comfort and feeling more relief every day.  Thank you!
