MedSpec EVO® Quatro® Ankle Stabilizer - The new EVO Quatro is a low-profile version of the regular EVO. The Quatro’s boot design has been modified to reduce coverage around the mid-foot and allow for unrestricted plantar flexion, yet it maintains the EVO’s patented design to offer a remarkable level of ankle stability. The EVO Quatro is bilateral and fits either the left or right foot. Indications include: inversion or eversion ankle sprains, syndesmotic ankle sprain (high ankle sprain), subtalar joint instability, and medial or lateral ankle instability.

Features:
  • Low-profile Design: The boot design of the Quatro has been modified to reduce the coverage around the mid-foot and allow for unrestricted plantar flexion.
  • Stirrup & Stabilizing Straps: Internal stirrup strap travels through slots in the dynamic cuff and continues outside the boot to form the stabilizing straps. This patented design better captures the calcaneus (heel) and resists inversion or eversion of the ankle to help stabilize the talocrural and subtalar joints.
  • Dynamic Cuff: Ultra thin plastic cuff works in concert with strapping system to provide circumferential compression around the distal tibiofibular joint. In addition, the dynamic cuff is now lined with CoolFlex™ padding for improved comfort and Skinloc™ material to resist distal migration.

Cleaning & Care: Engage all closure straps before machine washing. Hand or machine wash on gentle cycle in warm water with mild detergent and no bleach. Rinse Thoroughly. Air Dry.
