Kinsman Arm Weight- The ArmWeightTM is ideal for providing proprioceptive input (weight / compression), for individuals who experience diminished sensory feedback, and can also be used for strengthening exercises. It can help increase kinesthetic awareness during fine motor or self help activities. The ArmWeightTM is also helpful for individuals who experience tremoring during fine motor tasks. This unique design distributes the weight evenly around the full length of the forearm, which allows for maximum exibility and mobility. Size is determined by the circumference of the fullest part of the forearm. The ArmWeightTM is a tubular sleeve; constructed of durable, latex free stretch cotton Lycra, lead free steel shot, and is double stitched for added strength. HandWeightTM

Unlike many of the other weights on the market, this palm open design allows maximum finger flexibility and wrist mobility. The weight is reversible and can be worn on the back of either hand.
