Designed to allow for maximum exibility and mobil- ity of the lower leg, it can also be used for various gross motor and strengthening exercises. The LegWeightTM is a exible wrap that is constructed of durable, latex free stretch cotton Lycra, lead free steel shot, and is double stitched for added strength. It has a hook and loop closure straps that keep the weight in place during activities.
