Perfect for travel, the adjustable, removable strap with hook and loop backing directly adheres to fabric-backed chairs or the seats of your car or truck. Wow! This has transformed my back pain. I have a desk job and I'm short, so finding a chair that provides lumbar support at the correct height is very difficult. This lumbar roll means that I can put the support wherever it suits me. The padding is so firm, I've been using it since April and it's still just as support of now as it was when I first received it. The size also means that I don't feel like it's taking up half my seat and it's easy to transport if I need to use it at another location. Highly recommend if you've got lower back pain from sitting for long periods of time!

I am using the lumbar support to promote proper sitting posture of course, for recent cervical neck fusion surgery.  It is great for bringing my shoulders back against the seat as they should be. After a long trip (2 hours) my back and neck do not get sore anymore!
