Indications: helps absorb pressure while relieving between-toe friction, chafing or soft corns. They also help maintain proper toe alignment after surgery.

Application: Place Separator between toes. Pull on hosiery carefully and readjust as necessary. Trim with scissors for custom fit. For maximum benefit, do not wear shoes that interfere with toe freedom.

Care & Cleaning: Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.

These were perfect for me because the large size was long enough to protect the tips of my toes from rubbing together. The foam outer layers are soft to the touch. The inner layer is more firm and does the work of separating the toes. They are durable and come with so many replacements that I will not have to replace them for years. Other styles (silicon) were very durable but too short for my needs. They work better for staightening your big toe at the base.
