Soothing Touch® Sore Muscle Narayan Oil - Narayan (pronounced "nah-RYE-yun") - with Sanskrit for 'Eternal Life' (as one of many interpretations). For centuries, Yogis have used this oil to soothe aching muscles. The Sesame oil based the blend contains Mint, Eucalyptus, and Clove to create a cooling sensation locally, while the strong scent is ideal for aromatherapy, energizing and soothing the spirit.

I have been using this oil for over 20 years. I use it for sore muscles and for relief from dysesthesia in my feet and legs at night. If I have a cut or a pimple I dab a little on the area several times and it clears the sore quickly. I rub it on my stomach to relieve cramping and soreness. I have boney spurs in my neck so I use it for the relief from pain in my neck. My husband, who is a medical doctor, said I thought it cured everything. I do think it is an amazing, natural product and I am not taking pills that always have side effects, even Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I buy several bottles at a time and freely pass it around to family and friends to help give them relief from their aches and pains.
