4 of 5 Good knee brace for running and people with arthri January 22, 2019

I had bought a knee brace for my mom who has arthritis and she said it really helped her. Since she liked it so much, I purchased this for my dad. My dad does not have arthritis, but he is very active and loves to walk and jog a lot. His first impression of this knee brace is very positive. He said it fits very nicely without feeling too tight. He wore it while running this morning. He says his legs feel better while running with the sleeve on but he is not too sure if he wants to have this on all day long. He will be primarily using it while going for a run anyway. My mom needs it all day and it feels great.

I'm a former athlete now in my 40s, but I like to stay active - basketball, running, weights etc. My knees have taken a punding from basketball so they are often sore or weak. That's why I got this sleeve, and it is a great solution to my problems. When I wear it, my knees and legs feel more secure and strong, and it helps absorb some of that pounding. And it's super comfortable, no issues at all with fit, it stays up great and feels smooth.
