How To Apply Large Fan

Pre-Cut Tape For this application, we’re going to demonstrate a micro-circulatory or lymphatic application for the top part of the thigh and the knee for conditions such as degenerative changes or post-surgical care, where swelling may be occurring around the knee itself.

Start by tearing all of the perforations along the black line.
Take the lymphatic spider and approximate the distance you’re going to cover and where you want to apply the base.
Once you have a general idea, tear the backing of section one off halfway and apply it to the top part of the thigh.
Gently rub over the top of the tape to activate the glue.
Once that section is applied, tear off the remaining portion and apply to the top of the thigh with no stretch. Rub the tape to activate the glue.
Take the centre portion of the projection. Tear back the backing of the tape and gently allow the tape to come in contact with the skin with no stretch, coming over the top of the knee. The patient’s knee is bent and can vary in how much bend is in the knee, depending on the condition that they’re experiencing.
Once again, tear the backing of the projection off, gently let the tape come in contact with the skin. As you peel back the backing of each projection, relieve your tension on the tape, so you’re not stretching the tape.
Once one half is applied, go on to the opposite half.
Once the entire spider is applied, gently rub over the top of the tape to activate the glue.

Start by tearing all of the perforations along the black line.
Extend your arm with the palm facing upwards. Tear off the backing of section one and anchor the spider just above the elbow on the medial side.
Starting from the outermost projection on the lateral side, tear back the backing of the tape and lay it gently in a wave pattern, extending from the medial side across to the lateral side. Do so with no stretch.
Repeat and create a wave pattern with all the projections. Leave a little space between each projection so that they don’t overlap.
Rub over the entire application to activate the glue.
