Accounts:
Send your Purchase order including Product Numbers, Prices, Quantities if you have an established account.
New Accounts:
Initial order of $250.00 for credit
terms - once credit has been approved/established.
- No minimum order if paying by
credit card.
*Full details of
payment terms/agreement are on credit application. You must have an open
account with approved credit to purchase without a credit card!
If you don't have an established
account with us, HPMS, Inc will be unable to process your purchase order. So sorry. No exceptions. .
New accounts please allow us 5-7 days
to verify information provided on your credit application as the process is
highly dependent upon how quickly your credit references respond to
us. Back up credit card information is required on all accounts.
** Remember, if you are a hospital,
clinic or other professional facility you can use a purchase
order on-line at anytime however the processing of your order
is subject to credit approval and a valid, current back up credit card on file.Your order will not ship until we can
verify information provided and your facility's has been credit
approved. Orders without approved credit or incomplete credit applications or that have
not met the minimum order requirements will not be processed.
