Auto-Renewal Policy
Do you need products every 2 weeks, monthly, or every 2-3 months? Our Subscribe & Save service is the perfect solution! On each eligible product page, you’ll see an option to subscribe for auto-renewal.

How it works
You choose which product(s) you want and how often. (You can automatically renew every 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks.) After you place your first subscription order, we’ll prepare and ship it.
Discounts
If you buy products with an auto-renew subscription, you will receive an 8% discount on your order's eligible product(s).
How do I cancel, skip, or pause my Auto-Renewal?
- Login to your customer account, then click subscriptions
- Find your upcoming order
- Select skip subscription, pause subscription, or cancel subscription.
Subscriptions are paused effective immediately, and you won't receive any further charges or upcoming orders. You can resume or skip subscriptions at any time.
If you cancel your subscription, billing, and delivery will end immediately. A subscription cancellation cannot be undone. However, you can temporarily pause your subscription to stop receiving auto-renewal orders.
How do I update my Auto-Renewal payment information?
- Login to your customer account, and then click Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription with the payment information you want to edit.
- Under Overview, click the pencil icon next to Payment.
- In the Replace payment method dialog, select a payment method.
- Optional: If you want to add a new payment method, then you can click Edit. Under Payment Methods, click Add to add a new credit card, debit card, or digital wallet.
- Then, click Save.
How do I edit my Auto-Renewal shipping address?
- Login to your customer account, and then click Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription with the shipping address that you want to edit.
- Under Overview, click the pencil icon next to Shipping address.
- In the Edit shipping address dialog, you can change the shipping address.
- Then, click Save.
Why is my Auto-Renewal canceled?
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription for any reason including, but not limited to:
- Failed Payment: The subscription will be automatically canceled when a renewal order fails to complete the payment successfully for 10 days from the renewal date.
- On Hold: A subscription placed “on hold” for more than 60 days may be canceled. Please remember that you can always create a new subscription at any time or place orders manually if that suits you better!
If your subscription was canceled for any reason, you must place a new order and subscribe to a new auto-reorder setup with updated credit card information for the Auto-reorder to resume.
