When tracking link (UPS) for our shipment did not show any movement for several days, we emailed the HPMS. They answered immediately with a note that they are shipping replacement item (USPS). We received the replacement in a couple of days. The customer service rep was very courteous, efficient, and it was a pleasure to communicate with her. We wish there were more companies like HPMS. Thank you HPMS!
