These cuffs fit comfortably on both my wrists and my ankles. I have no complaints about the fit and they don't slip. I've seen others using these kinds of weights and never realized what a simple concept this could be in helping to tone and boost metabolism with strength training. I wear these around the house a few times a week for several hours and I can feel the difference.
