SkiL-Care Roll-Control Bolsters - Designed to be used as a positioning device to support a resident on his/her side and to reduce the likelihood that a resident will roll off the bed when one or both rails are in the lowered position. The bolsters can also be used to help entrapment between the mattress and bed rails. These help provide secure positioning of side-lying residents. These work great. I am a caregiver for a family member in my home who has Alzheimer's and down syndrome. I purchased this with a bed safety rail to prevent her from falling out of bed. It is an easy to clean surface, which is nice in case of incontinence accidents. I had my husband test it before allowing my family member sleep with it. He is 260 lbs and tried to roll out of bed with full force and it held him safely in bed. I recommend for anyone doing home or nursing care.
